Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from our online stores operated under MUSHIN CONSULTING LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 100 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain products are non-returnable:
- Digital products (downloads, courses, software, templates, etc.)
- Perishable goods (such as food or supplements once opened)
- Personal care or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days.
- This right does not apply to digital products after download/access or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Sale items are refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- In cases of defective or damaged items, you will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
- The return address will be provided by our support team depending on your location. Please contact us before sending any item back.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@nakdcase.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Legal Jurisdiction
All matters relating to returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico.
