This Privacy Policy describes how Nakd Case (operated by MUSHIN CONSULTING LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from www.nakdcase.com (the “Site”), any related mobile experiences, or our customer support channels (together, the “Services”).

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under applicable law (e.g., EU/UK data protection laws or U.S. state privacy laws).

a) Device & Usage Information (“Device Information”)

Collected automatically via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies, including:

  • Pages and products viewed, referring/exit pages, clickstream data, interaction data
  • Cookie identifiers and advertising identifiers (where applicable)

b) Order & Account Information (“Order Information”)

  • Name, email, billing/shipping address, phone number

  • Payment method details (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers)

We may aggregate or de-identify data so it can no longer identify you. Aggregated/de-identified data is not considered personal information.

  • Affiliates and group companies (if any), subject to this Policy

We do not disclose full payment card numbers to third parties other than payment processors.

We may “sell” or “share” (as defined under CA law) identifiers and internet/network activity to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt-out by sending a request to hello@nakdcase.com and via GPC.

We do not knowingly sell/share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12) Children’s privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in these age groups.

13) Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. Our Services do not currently respond to DNT, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.
