This Privacy Policy describes how Nakd Case (operated by MUSHIN CONSULTING LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from www.nakdcase.com (the “Site”), any related mobile experiences, or our customer support channels (together, the “Services”).
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under applicable law (e.g., EU/UK data protection laws or U.S. state privacy laws).

We may aggregate or de-identify data so it can no longer identify you. Aggregated/de-identified data is not considered personal information.

We do not disclose full payment card numbers to third parties other than payment processors.

We do not knowingly sell/share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

13) Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. Our Services do not currently respond to DNT, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.
